Matthew Swarts 
 Bio


Matthew Swarts is a Research Scientist in the College of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture. He has taught courses on computation and scripting in architectural software for concept design in architectural form. His research in the IMAGINE Lab focuses on developing process for creating large scale urban environment using video game engine technologies for real-time visualization and interaction. He also works on developing methods for acquiring and analyzing data collected from avatars when interacting in virtual environments. He is currently in the PhD Program in the College of Architecture at Georgia Tech for Design Computing.
